Previously, Brady held the position of SVP of Marketing at Global Brands Group for a brief period in early 2021, overseeing the growth of multiple brands with a focus on direct-to-consumer initiatives. As VP of Marketing and General Manager at Global Brands Group’s Sports & Lifestyle division from July 2017 to January 2021, Brady transitioned the e-commerce business to an internal team, resulting in significant cost savings and channel growth. Earlier experience includes roles at Spyder Active Sports, including VP of Marketing and Director of Brand Design, along with a tenure as Merchandise Planning Manager at Nike. Brady's education includes credentials from Columbia Business School and Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
