Jekyung Lee has a diverse and extensive work experience in various companies and roles. JEKYUNG started their career in 2001 as a Product Manager at FILA Korea Ltd., and then moved on to work as a Product Manager at DESCENTE Korea Ltd. from 2003 to 2006. JEKYUNG then joined SHINSEGAE INTERNATIONAL LTD as a Product Manager from 2007 to 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Category Manager at INTERSPORT. In 2012, they had multiple roles, including being a Brand Manager at Burton Snowboards, LG Fashion Ltd., and a MSA at AISTS - International Academy of Sports Science and Technology. Finally, they became Head of Marketing at Spyder Active Sports in 2015.

Jekyung Lee started their education at Seoul National University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Sport Science. The start and end years for this degree are not provided. Later on, in 2012, Jekyung Lee attended EPFL (Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne) and completed a Master's degree in Sports Administration & Technology, known as AISTS, MSA.
