Kristen Kresch has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Design Intern at Julia Smith. Kristen then interned at G-III Apparel Group in 2010. In 2011, they became a Keyholder/Fit Specialist at Everything But Water and later served as a Supervisor/Visual Operations Lead at lucy Activewear. In 2013, they worked as a Fit Specialist/Stylist for Indochino and participated in Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Fall 2013 as a Dresser for BB Backstage. Also in 2013, they joined lucy activewear as a Wholesale Visual Merchandiser. In 2014, Kristen became a Product Developer at Spyder Active Sports and eventually advanced to the role of Global Merchandise Manager/Product Line Manager. Kristen also worked as a Technical Designer at Spyder Active Sports and as a Founding Independent Outfitter at Trumaker. In 2019, they joined DAKINE as a Global Merchandise Manager/Product Line Manager until 2020.

Kristen Kresch completed their undergraduate degree in Apparel and Merchandising with a focus on Apparel Design and Production and Business Administration at Colorado State University from 2007 to 2011. In 2009, they participated in a study abroad program at the American Intercontinental University in London, where they studied Fashion Styling, Accessories, and completed an internship.
