Molly Larson

Molly Larson is a designer currently at Spyder Active Sports since June 2023, with a strong background in outerwear and activewear design acquired during a four-year tenure at Lands' End. At Lands' End, Molly served as both Associate Designer for Outerwear and Mens, where responsibilities included material research, trend forecasting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop innovative apparel. Molly also mentored junior designers and interns while contributing to successful projects such as the Blake Shelton collaboration. Earlier experience includes roles as an Assistant Designer and a Women's Wovens and Outerwear Design Intern at Lands' End, as well as a Student Ambassador and Athletic Trainer during studies at Savannah College of Art and Design, where Molly earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion/Apparel Design in 2019.
