Shawn Harris

Head of Sales Operations & Training at SpyGlass

Shawn joined SpyGlass in the winter of 2014 initially as a member of its Business Development team and then progressed into a management role within Business Development, and ultimately into sales training. In Shawn’s current role, he is responsible for managing SpyGlass’ sales operations initiatives and helping accelerate careers from Business Development to Outside Sales and other advancement paths. This includes day-to-day management of the company’s Tier 4 Outside Sales training team and its internship program.

Shawn graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government and a Master’s Degree in Higher Education / Administration.
