Peter Betaneli

Peter Betaneli serves as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at ETS since January 2008, focusing on compliance with laws and regulations affecting international and domestic operations, while advising senior leadership on various legal matters, including intellectual property and data protection. Prior roles at ETS include AVP, Associate General Counsel, and Associate General Counsel, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing global subsidiaries to managing corporate contracts and intellectual property issues. Prior experiences include legal positions at Viacom, NBCUniversal Media, and Pearson Education, and a judicial fellowship. Peter holds a J.D. from Cardozo School of Law and an M.B.A. from NYU Stern School of Business, complemented by corporate governance training from Wharton Executive Education.
