Mateusz Gralak

Mateusz Gralak is an experienced IT Project Manager and Scrum Master at SpyroSoft since March 2018, overseeing mid-scale to large agile projects and enhancing internal project management policies. Responsibilities include managing agile development processes, organizing training for project managers, supporting recruitment efforts, and collaborating with clients primarily from the UK, Germany, and Poland.
