Shilpa Dadhwal

Shilpa Dadhwal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and software testing. As the Founder and CEO of SQE Labs Inc. since 2014, Shilpa has been instrumental in providing outsourced software testing, process consultancy, and training services. In a concurrent role as Chief Quality Officer at Caelius Consulting, Shilpa contributes to a top-rated business consulting firm focused on delivering full-stack services. Previous positions include Head of Quality Engineering at Winshuttle, where Shilpa oversaw master data management software quality, and Sr. QA Manager at Quark, leading a quality team to ensure the excellence of flagship products. Earlier career experience includes roles at Bharti Airtel and Tata Steel, where Shilpa managed quality systems and contributed to the SAP R/3 implementation. Shilpa holds an Executive Programme in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from the National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur.
