Luis Fernando Saraiva is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a member of the advisory board at PUC-RS/Escola de Negócios and Head of PUCRS Consulting, Luis leverages academic insights to address corporate challenges. As the Founder and CEO of S. Solutions and Sqed, Luis focuses on software development and enhancing productivity and engagement within organizations. Previously, as R&D Director at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Luis established a reference for innovative project delivery and led successful cost-saving initiatives. Further expertise includes roles in HP's R&D divisions, where leadership resulted in significant improvements in team performance and project outcomes.
