Ricardo Melo Bastos

Ricardo Melo Bastos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and innovation. Currently, Ricardo serves as Co-Founder of Instituto Ceos and holds advisory roles at Sqed and GREENMOTOR. Previously, Ricardo was the Deputy Secretary at the Secretaria de Inovação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Rio Grande do Sul, and has an extensive tenure at PUC-RS, where responsibilities included leading venture capital programs in the innovation ecosystem, teaching software development methodologies, and managing various administrative roles. Ricardo's academic credentials include a Doctorate in Computer Science and Software Engineering, a Master's in Administration and Information Systems, and a Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, all from esteemed institutions in Brazil.
