Laura Sellers

Laura Sellers has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and companies. Laura'smost recent position was as a Member at Chief, where they started in April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Collibra as the Chief Product Officer from February 2022, and before that, as the Senior Vice President Product Management from June 2021 to February 2022.

Before joining Collibra, Laura was the EVP Product and Engineering at Hat Labs from December 2020 to March 2021, where they focused on software product opportunities and team growth. Prior to that, they served as the EVP Product and Engineering at GoSpotCheck from March 2019 to December 2020, leading product management, product design, and engineering teams.

Prior to their time at GoSpotCheck, Laura took a sabbatical between May 2017 and November 2018, during which they worked as a Product Executive. Laura also had a significant tenure at Alteryx, where they held various roles, including VP Product Management and Product Marketing from December 2016 to May 2017.

Laura's earlier experience includes being the Director of Operations at thePROSadvantage from September 2002 to July 2006, where they played a key role in building the company and developing its product line. Laura also worked at Oracle as an Account Manager from January 2001 to January 2003, leading projects and collaborating with customers on e-business strategies.

Laura began their career as a Branch Manager at techies.com from February 1999 to January 2001, where they cultivated client relationships and managed a sales team.

Throughout their career, Laura has demonstrated their expertise in product management, product strategy, team leadership, and operational efficiency.

Laura Sellers earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Iowa State University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. In 2009, they obtained a Masters Certificate in Project Management for IS/IT Professionals from Villanova University. Prior to their university studies, Laura Sellers attended Beckman High School from 1990 to 1994.
