Michelle Rosen

Michelle Rosen began their work experience as an Associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP in October 2003. In this role, they gained knowledge and experience in securities law advisory, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Michelle worked there until October 2008.

Following their role at Shearman & Sterling LLP, Rosen joined IMAX as VP & Associate General Counsel in October 2008. Michelle managed corporate finance transactions, compliance with securities laws, and led the pre-IPO sale of a minority interest stake in IMAX China. Michelle stayed at IMAX until March 2015.

In March 2015, Rosen joined IMAX China as General Counsel and Secretary to the Board of Directors. During their tenure, they led a successful $400M initial public offering on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, implemented governance policies for the newly-created public company, and advised on legal issues relating to corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Michelle left IMAX China in December 2017.

After leaving IMAX China, Rosen joined Delta Galil Industries as the General Counsel of Delta Galil USA in January 2018. Michelle held this role until July 2018.

Currently, Michelle Rosen is serving as the General Counsel at Collibra since July 2018.

Michelle Rosen attended Dartmouth College from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Comparative Literature. Later, they enrolled in Cornell Law School from 2000 to 2003 and completed their Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law. In 2002, they also had the opportunity to study as an exchange student at Bucerius Law School, focusing on International Law and Legal Studies.
