Claire Leblanc Mason

Claire Leblanc Mason currently serves as the Group Chief People, ESG & Transformation Officer at SQLI, a position held since 2022. Prior to this, Claire was the EMEA Chief Operating Officer for Valuations at JLL, where responsibilities included building the EMEA organization and managing a P&L of 140M€ across 24 markets with 700 individuals. From 2012 to 2016, Claire worked at Bain & Company as a Senior Manager for EMEA Business Transformation, leading major transformation initiatives within the media and retail sectors. Claire's career also includes a significant tenure at Capgemini Invent, first as Europe Head of Strategic HR, where strategic talent initiatives were designed to support growth in 9 European countries, and previously as Senior Manager in EMEA Strategy & Operations, overseeing transformative projects across multiple industries. Claire holds a Master's degree in Business and Management from ESCP Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business from Université Paris Nanterre.
