Babafemi Ekundayo has held various roles in different companies, ranging from being a Construction Technician at SQN Associates, LLC to a Grader at Kumon North America, Inc. Babafemi has experience in areas such as website design and maintenance, student and teaching assistance, line cooking, and store management. Babafemi Ekundayo also founded a social reform website called Shar.Ity to showcase the work of charities and NGOs. Additionally, Babafemi has a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
