Ian Chapman-Banks has a diverse and extensive work experience. Ian is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of SQREEM Technologies, a leading AI company revolutionizing data analytics. In addition, they serve as a Board Member of Rakuten SQREEM Inc. In their previous roles, Ian has held positions such as General Manager of Smartphones Asia Pac & Japan at Dell, SVP WW Sales, Marketing & Business Ops at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, and Corporate Vice President & General Manager Asia at Motorola. Ian has also worked as the Asia Regional Commercial Director at Microsoft, Head of Channel and Marketing at Apple, and Europe, Middle East and Asia Pac Sales & Marketing Director at Xerox. Ian started their career as the Owner & Founder of The Cheese & Wine Company.

Ian Chapman-Banks holds a Bsc in Applied Science from Sheffield Hallam University which they obtained from 1980 to 1984. Later, they pursued an MBA with a focus on General Management, Strategy, Finance, and Economics at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, completing it from 2000 to 2002. Recently, from 2020 to 2022, they completed their Masters in Entrepreneurship at the University of Cambridge, Wolfson College. Additionally, in 2021, they attended the Scale-up SG Stanford Executive Programme at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
