Evgeny Shutov

Evgeny Shutov is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Squad.App, where he is focused on fueling economic growth through creativity and community. Prior to his role at Squad.App, he was the Head of Analytics at Equalt, where he hired a team of analysts to analyze the play-to-earn games market and developed training courses. Before that, he co-founded Presium, a design-consulting agency in the CIS, leading it to a profitable exit through M&A. At Presium, Evgeny created and trained sales and production departments, engaged with top industry executives, and systematized sales and project management processes. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA).
