Neha Jha has over 5 years of work experience in Human Resources. Neha started their career in 2015 as an HR Generalist at Zolo. Neha then moved to Zyoin Web Private Ltd. as an Associate Talent Acquisition. In 2017, Neha joined Halodoc ID as a Manager - Human Capital, where they handled HR Business Partner roles for Corporate Strategy, Innovation design, Legal, Communications and HR. Neha also managed end-to-end processes such as Recruitment and induction, Compensation revision cycle and benchmarking, Performance Management, Training, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, 360 degree feedback process, Manpower Planning and other specific HR projects. In 2019, Neha joined Squadcast as Head of Human Resources and Manager - People Operations.

Neha Jha completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics Engineering from Nagpur University. Neha also attended S.T Thomas School.
