Indeed, SquadRunner is known as the first international running competition that has been able to imply gamification and team spirit. Squadeasy has adapted the concept to companies’ needs and involvement in their CSR’s (Corporate Social Responsibility) strategy. It is a mobile application on iPhone or Android, as a white label, that offers a unique experience to each collaborator. Squadeasy technological tools are impressive : - instant messaging between participants, but also between organizers and participants. - Internal GPS tracker : real-time speed, distance, map, and graphics. - Connection to other trackers (applications and connected watches) Squadeasy and SquadRunner’s mechanisms are directly inspired from scientific theories on motivation and more precisely accomplishments of aims.
