Scott Shafer, PMP

Scott Shafer, PMP, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Development at SQUAN, where responsibilities include driving business and corporate development strategies. Additionally, Scott acts as an Advisory Board Member for Virtu Broadband. Prior experience includes serving as Program Manager at Quanta Services, Inc., and Vice President - Head of Wireline at WT Group, where Scott led the launch of the OSP division. As President and Founder of Arcturus Telecom LLC, Scott established an engineering and consulting services firm, which was later sold to Hylan. Other notable positions include consulting roles for Verizon and Google Fiber, as well as a leadership role at Black & Veatch. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with Education and History from the University of North Texas, as well as a Graduate Certificate from Harvard Business School in Economics, Analytics, and Accounting.
