Robert Gustafson

Robert Gustafson has been working in the field for over 20 years. Robert began their career in 1999 as a Call Center Supervisor at Protocol Communications. In 2002, they moved to A.W. Direct Inc. as a Customer Service Supervisor. In 2009, they joined Habasit America as a Customer Service Representative. In 2011, they started working at Kao USA in two roles, Technical Lead and Client Services Technical Lead. Finally, in 2014, they joined Square 9 Softworks as a Senior Software Support Engineer.

Robert Gustafson obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Information Systems from Post University between 2011 and 2013. Robert also attended O.H. Platt High School between 1993 and 1997.
