Toshio Murouchi

Toshio Murouchi has extensive experience in community management and service within the gaming industry, currently serving as the General Manager of the Community & Service Division at Square Enix since December 2001. Murouchi's career at Square Enix includes roles such as Global Community Producer, Senior Director, Director, and European Online Producer, overseeing community management, marketing, and customer service for major titles like FINAL FANTASY XI and XIV. Prior to joining Square Enix, Murouchi worked at Electronic Arts as a Game Master focused on online community management for the Japanese version of Ultima Online. Murouchi holds a degree from Hokkaido University, completed between 1996 and 2000.
