Brenden Gibbons

Brenden Gibbons is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in software engineering, primarily in the robotics sector. At Square Robot Inc. since October 2016, Brenden has held multiple leadership positions, including VP of Software Engineering and VP of Reporting, contributing to the development of automated critical infrastructure inspection solutions. Prior experience includes roles at Bluefin Robotics from July 2012 to April 2016, where responsibilities included designing and implementing robotic software, leading testing and reliability improvements for DARPA projects, and providing customer support for autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs). Brenden began a career in robotics as an intern at Energid Technologies, where skills were honed in user interface enhancements and functionality improvements for robotic systems. Brenden holds a Bachelor's degree in Robotics Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, obtained in 2012.
