Fred H.

Fred H. is currently the Deputy CEO at SquareBook, where they have been working since June 2019. Prior to that, Fred H. worked as an Associate Professor at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from September 2018 to December 2022. From 2015 to 2018, they worked in International Business Management at The Hague University of Applied Sciences. Before that, Fred H. held the position of Managing Director at SH INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT LTD from May 2007 to September 2015. Fred also worked at ING as the Global Head of Equity Capital Markets from 2002 to 2007, and at ING Solutions Investment Management as a Director from 1997 to 2002. Fred H. has experience in asset management as the Head of Asset Management at Rabobank from 1994 to 1997, and as an Equity Portfolio Manager at Robeco from 1989 to 1994.

Fred H. has a strong education background in finance. Fred began their education at Georgetown University from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Finance. Fred then went on to pursue further studies at KU Leuven and obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Marketing from 1986 to 1988. Seeking to enhance their expertise, Fred H. completed a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Finance, General at Tilburg University from 1992 to 1994.
