Cheska Siongco

Cheska Siongco currently serves as a Quantitative Researcher at Squarepoint Capital since August 2023. Prior to this role, Cheska worked at EDF Trading from September 2019 to August 2023, where responsibilities included serving as a Senior Atmospheric Data Scientist and an Atmospheric Data Scientist. Earlier experience includes a position as a Postdoctoral Research Scientist at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory from December 2016 to September 2019. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Earth System Science from the Max Planck Institute for Meteorology, a Diploma in Earth System Physics from the International Centre for Theoretical Physics, and ongoing studies towards a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Applied Physics at Ateneo de Manila University.
