Clare van Wetering

Clare Van Wetering is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management and recruitment. Currently serving as the Global Head of HR Business Partners at Squarespace since January 2023, Clare previously held the position of Head of Human Resources at Tock from June 2019 to January 2023. Clare founded CV Consulting LLC in May 2018 and worked as an Executive Recruiter at Comhar Advisors in 2019. At Waystar, Navicure + ZirMed, Clare served as a Human Resources Business Leader from February 2016 to April 2018, and at Accretive Health from May 2007 to January 2016, held various roles including Total Talent Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager. Clare has successfully hired over 200 staff members and implemented key HR initiatives such as performance management programs and mentorship schemes. Clare holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Psychology and Human Resources Management from Lewis University and a B.A. in Human Resources from the National University of Ireland.
