Ryan Layman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support, translation, and education. Currently serving as a Japanese Senior Language Advisor and Customer Support Senior Advisor at Squarespace since October 2022, Ryan has excelled in performing Japanese language quality assurance for the company's AI site-builder and Help Center features, alongside managing a high volume of customer inquiries with exceptional metrics.
