Ivan Mitov

Ivan Mitov has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ivan is currently serving as a Business Development Manager at Squaretalk since October 2022, where they focus on increasing the company's partner portfolio and driving business growth.

Prior to this, Ivan worked at Alorica from December 2019 to October 2022 as a Microsoft ISV Specialist. In this role, they championed Microsoft's mission in education transformation and future-ready skills, assisted ISVs in getting onboarded into the Microsoft ecosystem, and expanded strategic education customer relationships.

Before joining Alorica, Ivan co-founded and managed Evolution Kickbox Academy from September 2018 to October 2022. Ivan played a key role in overseeing the business operations, coaching classes, and positioning the academy as the best martial arts gym in Cardiff.

From April 2019 to January 2020, Ivan worked at Admiral Group Plc as a Project Management Executive. In this role, they were involved in mapping out processes and procedures for the household claims department and managed various projects. Ivan also worked on continuous improvement initiatives and the development of new systems.

Ivan gained experience in the food industry as an Assistant Manager at Kaspas Desserts from April 2017 to January 2018 and as a Team Member from 2016 to 2017.

In addition, Ivan founded a mobile app development company called ASIMAcoding in December 2015 and worked on various projects until March 2016.

Ivan also has experience as a Team Member at KFC UK & Ireland and as an intern at Private Legal Executives Haladjova and Dimolarova in Bulgaria.

From 2013 to 2017, Ivan attended Aberystwyth University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Law and Criminology. Ivan'sfield of study focused on law during this period.

Prior to that, Ivan attended the Technical University of Sofia from 2010 to 2013. Ivan obtained a Certificate for a Manager of a Small Business, with a field of study concentrated on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.

In addition to their formal education, Ivan also obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification in July 2021, from Microsoft.
