Deborah Holmgren

Deborah Holmgren is an experienced attorney currently serving as General Counsel at SquareTrade since May 2017, having previously held the position of Deputy General Counsel. Prior to joining SquareTrade, Holmgren was with The Gymboree Corporation from February 2005 to June 2017, where responsibilities included Vice President and Senior Legal Counsel. Earlier in their career, Holmgren worked as Assistant General Counsel at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. from October 2000 to January 2005. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), obtained from 1995 to 1998, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from UCLA, earned from 1991 to 1995.
