Matthew Poole

Matthew Poole is currently the Senior Director of Legal Counsel at SquareTrade, a position they have held since 2022, after serving as Director of Legal Counsel from 2019 to 2022. They previously worked as a Litigation Associate at Nossaman LLP from 2014 to 2018 and at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP from 2008 to 2014, along with completing a Summer Associate role at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius in 2007. Earlier in their career, Matthew assisted Professor C. Delos Putz as a Research Assistant at the University of San Francisco in 2006 and served as a Judicial Extern to the Hon. Marilyn Hall Patel at the Federal District Court for the Northern District of California in 2007. Matthew earned their law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law from 2005 to 2008.
