Tom Hodgson

Tom Hodgson is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in private equity and board governance. Currently serving as a Partner at ASCA Capital Limited since September 2021, Tom focuses on providing capital solutions to high-potential management teams. As a Board Member and current Chairman at SQUATWOLF, Tom represents ASCA Capital in the global premium gymwear brand. Previously, Tom held board positions at HICX, where a significant investment was facilitated, and at Cravia Inc., GEMS Education, and Global Environmental Management Services, contributing to successful exits. Earlier roles included Director at Deloitte Corporate Finance and Manager at Smith & Williamson, following an Associate position at KPMG. Tom holds an Executive MBA from Cass Business School and several professional qualifications in Islamic finance and accounting.
