Russell Lloyd

Russell Lloyd is a seasoned professional in the field of Creature Effects and Animation, currently serving as the CG Supervisor and Head of CreatureFX at Squeeze Animation Studios since December 2021. Prior experience includes roles as CFX/CG Supervisor at Skydance, where Russell fostered a collaborative team environment, and as Senior CFX TD and Lead at Framestore, where Russell led teams to create high-quality simulations for film production. Additionally, Russell has contributed to the education sector by teaching CreatureFX and the full VFX process at various institutions. Russell's extensive career began at Rhythm & Hues and includes significant experience in motion capture, crowd simulations, and technical animation, complemented by a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Animation from Brigham Young University.
