Nils van Schaik

Nils van Schaik has extensive work experience in the field of Business Process Management, Software Testing, and Internet Security. Nils co-founded Squerist in 2005, where they built a specialized company focused on these areas. In 2010, they became the General Manager and co-owner of Squerist. At Squerist, Nils led a team of over 90 professionals and provided flexible capacity and advice in software testing, test automation, and process management. In 2017, they co-founded SECURESULT B.V., a company that helps businesses improve their digital resilience through penetration testing and building awareness and resilience within organizations. Prior to these roles, Nils also owned and managed Kydonk, and worked in account management and unit management at Sogeti and as a recruiter and personnel manager at IQUIP Informatica.

Nils van Schaik obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, and Law from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht in 1994. Following that, they pursued a degree in Psychology at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, earning a Drs. degree from the institution in 1998. Additionally, they briefly studied Culture, Organization, and Management at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in 1993-1994.
