Justin Ricklefs

Justin Ricklefs is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business development and partnership management. As the Founder and CEO of Guild Collective since March 2017, Justin has led the company's initiatives and growth. In addition to this role, Justin is a Partner at Squids Pro Wash since June 2022. Previously, Justin served as the Director of Partnership Development for the Kansas City Chiefs from May 2015 to March 2017 and held the position of Director of Business Development at ECCO Select from May 2014 to June 2015. Earlier roles include VP of Sales at Synaptic Advisory Partners and Director of Corporate Partnerships with the Kansas City Chiefs. Justin began a career at Learfield as Associate General Manager from March 2004 to June 2008. Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia, completed in 2003.
