Jim is the founding engineering lead at Squint with a background in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo. He is fascinated by the technical intersection between the real-world and the digital-space, which naturally led him to working on multiple XR-related projects as personal side-projects, during hackathons, and for enterprises at IBM and Splunk. During his free time, Jim enjoys fishing, spending time outdoors, and playing strategy/rhythm games (civ, tw3k, chess, osu!, taiko). Jim joined Squint in early 2022 with a focus on turning everyone's crazy ideas into real working features.
