Charles B. Rosenberg

Charles ("Chip") B. Rosenberg is a partner at Squire Patton Boggs, where responsibilities include representing individuals, companies, and sovereign governments in complex investment treaty and international commercial arbitrations, as well as specializing in the recognition and enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards globally. Prior experience includes serving as counsel at King & Spalding and as an associate at White & Case LLP, with a consistent focus on investment treaty and international commercial arbitration. Education includes a Juris Doctor degree from American University, Washington College of Law, where Charles graduated first in class, and a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and Economics from the University of Maryland College Park. Additional contributions to academia involve co-founding and co-teaching seminars on international investment law at American University and The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
