Marc Kenny

Marc Kenny is an accomplished corporate attorney with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Corporate Partner and Deputy Practice Group Leader at Squire Patton Boggs since January 2020, Marc has held previous positions as a Corporate Partner at several prominent firms, including Stubbs Alderton & Markiles, LLP, Nixon Peabody LLP, and Davis Wright Tremaine LLP. Notably, Marc founded a corporate law boutique, Marc E. Kenny, A Professional Law Corporation, where Marc provided specialized legal counsel on domestic and cross-border transactions. Prior to this entrepreneurial endeavor, Marc served as Senior Counsel at DreamWorks Animation SKG, Inc., advising on corporate governance and finance matters. Marc began his legal career as a Corporate Finance Associate at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP and progressed to a Senior Corporate Associate role at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. Marc holds a JD from Boston University School of Law and a BA in Political Science from Bucknell University.
