Alexei Zheglov

Alexei Zheglov is a seasoned consultant and entrepreneur with extensive experience in management consulting and technology. As a Founding Partner and Consultant at SquirrelNorth since October 2018, Zheglov focuses on enhancing outcomes for clients in creative industries including technology and media. Parallelly, Zheglov has been the Founder and Principal Consultant at Lean A-to-Z, Inc. since 2011, specializing in improving workflows for modern intellectual companies. Prior experience includes serving as an Internal Agile/Lean Consultant at Desire2Learn from 2007 to 2013, where Zheglov provided training and coaching across various departments. Additionally, Zheglov worked as a Senior Programmer/Analyst at Philips Medical Systems for a brief period in 2006 and held the position of Senior Software Engineer and Methodologist at WhenU from 2002 to 2006, where Zheglov significantly advanced the company’s quality management practices. Zheglov holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
