Karolina Kowal

Karolina Kowal is an experienced People and Culture Manager currently working at Squiz since September 2019, where responsibilities include implementing People & Culture Strategy for EMEA locations and supporting tech leaders globally. Prior to this, Karolina served in various HR roles at home.pl from June 2009 to August 2019, including HR Business Partner, and engaged in comprehensive HR projects while temporarily leading HR operations. Karolina's earlier experience includes working as a Recruitment Consultant at InterCadr Sp. z o.o. Karolina holds multiple postgraduate degrees in Intellectual Capital Management and Labor Law, as well as a Master's degree in Human Resources from Uniwersytet Szczeciński.
