Nikita Pidcott

Nikita Pidcott is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and operations within the technology and logistics sectors. Currently serving as the Global Head of Customer Programs & Operations and the Global Head of Centre of Excellence at Squiz since April 2015, Nikita oversees innovative digital projects utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Prior to this, Nikita worked at DHL from September 2008 to April 2015, leading projects for automated warehouse solutions and managing IT and business projects across the UKIEEMEA region. Additionally, early career roles included Transport Shift Manager at M&S Sortation Centre and Warehouse Shift Manager at Iceland Distribution Centre, focusing on operational management, team leadership, and logistical efficiency. Nikita holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Plymouth.
