Jasper Den Ouden

Jasper Den Ouden has extensive work experience in human resources. Jasper currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at SR Technics Group since June 2019. Prior to that, they worked at AkzoNobel as the Strategic HR Director for Powder Coatings & Group Marketing from January 2018 to July 2019, and as the Global HR Director for the Business Unit Powder Coatings from August 2017 to January 2018.

Before joining AkzoNobel, Jasper was the Head of HR and CHRO at Satair Group from January 2014 to September 2017. Jasper played a crucial role in integrating the company with Airbus and establishing a new global subsidiary.

Jasper has also held various senior HR positions at Airbus Helicopters from 2006 to 2013. Jasper served as the Senior HR Business Partner for Programs and the Global Supply Chain, Head of HR for Marketing and Partnerships, Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice President HR, and Head of HR Strategy & Controlling.

Their earlier career includes roles as Compensation and Benefits Manager and Junior Project Manager at Airbus from 2001 to 2006, as well as a Compensation Consultant at Willis Towers Watson from 2000 to 2001.

Jasper Den Ouden completed a Bachelor's degree in Management Economics & Law from Haarlem Business School in 1998. Jasper then pursued a degree in Law & Economics, earning a Licenciatura from Universidad CEU San Pablo in 1998. In 1999, they attended IE Business School and obtained an International MBA degree. Their education continued with Doctorate Studies in Economics at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, in 2000, they briefly studied for an MBA at Alliance Manchester Business School.
