Sebastian Bucher

Sebastian Bucher has had a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. From 2014-present, they have worked at SR Technics Group, where they have held various positions including Vice President Parts Repair Operations and Head of Lean CI, Operational Safety, Quality & Training. Prior to that, they worked at Lauffenmühle GmbH from 2005 to 2014, where they served as Assistent Produktionsleitung and later as Schichtmeister Spinnerei. Sebastian began their career at Lauffenmühle GmbH as an Industriemechaniker after completing their Ausbildung Industriemechaniker in 2008.

Sebastian Bucher completed a Master's degree in Project Management at HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a certification as an instructor for adult learning at IBBK Bühlach - Institut für Bildung Beratung und Kommunikation from 2015 to 2016. In 2011, Sebastian achieved the title of Industriemeister from IHK Bayreuth and also obtained the Ausbilder AdA Schein in Adult Education from the same institution. Sebastian began their education journey by completing an industrial mechanic apprenticeship at Berufsschule Bad Säckingen from 2005 to 2008, and also received an inter-company training certificate from Gatex Bad Säckingen from 2005 to 2007.
