Abby Hiser

Abby Hiser, MCPM, currently serves as the IT & DSE Continuous Improvement Leader at SRAM, a role held since March 2019, and previously worked as a Continuous Improvement Leader at the same company from June 2015 to January 2019. Abby has extensive experience in project management, having led cross-functional engineering project teams at Trek Bicycle Corporation from May 2007 to June 2015, consistently delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations on time and within budget. Additional roles at Trek include Executive Assistant to the Director of Retail Services, DreamBikes Project Coordinator, and Human Resources Representative. Abby's service in the United States Army National Guard included duties as a Sergeant and Team Leader from December 1999 to December 2007. Abby holds a Master's Certification in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and degrees in International Studies and Business Administration/Political Science from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
