Clint Weber

Clint Weber is currently the VP of New Business Growth at SRAM. Prior to this, they were the VP and General Manager at TEREX UTILITIES, INC. from May 2017 to May 2021. At TEREX, they were responsible for managing all aspects of the global Utilities business including commercial aspects like Sales, Service, and Marketing; as well as Operations, Design, and Service. Their team consisted of 2 VP’s, 14 Directors, 45 Managers, 60 Supervisors, 70 Engineers, and 1200 team members.

Some notable accomplishments during their time at TEREX include creating an aggressive growth strategy to “grow to compete for #1” in the insulated electric utility industry; changing dealer channel relationships to increase rental and contractor share; increasing Public Power market share by 5 points over 2 years; increasing new product introduction velocity; growing aftermarket sales and service by 15%; executing a footprint consolidation strategy taking operations from 11 buildings down to 2 while doubling capacity and increasing productivity by 20%; and growing domestic sales by 15% in the first 6 months.
