Devin Dyar

Devin Dyar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Continuous Improvement at SRAM Corporation since August 2010, Devin also holds the position of Director Program Manager/Team Leadership within the same organization. As an Owner and Partner at D & T HOLDINGS, LLC since August 2007, significant entrepreneurial experience has been gained. Prior roles include Director of Operations at Goodrich and Managing Partner at Horizons West, along with earlier experience as a Design Engineer at NASA and a Search and Rescue Swimmer with the US Navy. Devin holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Colorado School of Mines, a Micro Masters in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the MIT Center for Transportation & Logistics, and Executive Education credentials in Team Dynamics and Innovation from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and in Business Dynamics from MIT Sloan School of Management.
