Dragana Pajovic has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Dragana began their career at IKEA in 2003, where they worked as a Retail Sales Associate until 2007. In 2008, they joined The Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce, Inc. as a Manager, a role they held until 2009. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as an Economic Consultant at The World Bank. In 2014, they transitioned to McKinsey & Company, where they served as an Engagement Manager until 2019. Since 2019, they have been employed at SRAM, LLC, where they have held the positions of Director of Global Sales Strategy & E-commerce and Director of Aftermarket Sales, The Americas.

Dragana Pajovic holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Lund University, which they obtained in 2006. In 2007, they completed their M.Sc. in International Economics at Lund University. Dragana also pursued studies in Political Economy and Macroeconomics at UC San Diego in 2005. Additionally, they attended the University of Konstanz in 2005 to study EU Financial Institutions and German Business Studies. Finally, Dragana earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business between 2012 and 2014.
