Erin James

Erin James has extensive work experience in various technology and management roles. Erin is currently the Head of IT Delivery at SRAM, LLC since 2023. Prior to that, Erin worked at NielsenIQ as the Director of Technology - Strategy, Planning & Governance from 2021 to 2023. Erin'sresponsibilities included overseeing IT services, operational governance, and developing innovative programs. Erin also managed vendor relationships and contract consolidation to optimize value for the organization. Before NielsenIQ, they spent several years at TransUnion, where they held positions such as Director Global Technology - Strategy, Planning & Governance and Senior Manager of IT Project Management. At TransUnion, Erin managed governance, risk management, and IT operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and meeting stakeholder expectations. Erin also led a team of IT project managers and delivered infrastructure and security projects. Erin's earlier experience includes roles at HSBC, where they served as Vice President and Assistant Vice President in various capacities, including quality management, project management, operations, and marketing.

Erin James holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English - Rhetoric and Professional Communication from Iowa State University. Additionally, they have obtained an MBA in Business Administration from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
