Marcelo Catalan

Marcelo Catalan is an experienced professional with a strong background in the bicycle and aeronautics industries. Currently serving as Territory Manager at SRAM, LLC since August 2023, Marcelo promotes bicycles and innovation in the Latin American market. Previously, as E-Bike Category Leader at Specialized Bicycle Components, Marcelo successfully led the expansion of the e-Bike market, overseeing product development, retail growth, and customer experience. Notable prior roles include Director of Industrial Operations, where Marcelo established a bicycle plant in Brazil, and Director of Customer Support Services, enhancing after-sales processes. Additionally, Marcelo contributed as an Executive Board Member at Aliança Bike and held significant positions at Embraer, where project management and engineering leadership were prominent. Marcelo holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering and has pursued post-graduate studies in Marketing and Sales.
