Emily Marley has a diverse work experience. Emily began their career as a Volunteer at Charm City Clinic, where they helped patients obtain health insurance and access other healthcare services. Emily then interned at the Baltimore City Mayor's Office of Human Services, where they reviewed applications for the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program and created a database of affordable Senior Housing options. Emily also worked at Camp Kesem National as a Chapter Counselor, providing support to children with a parent battling cancer. At the Kennedy Krieger Institute, they collaborated on research studies focusing on various disorders. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science at the same institution. Emily completed their MS degree in 2021. In addition to their degrees, Emily also obtained certifications in the field of information technology, specifically as a PegaSystems Certified System Architect in January 2017 and as a PegaSystems Certified Senior System Architect in February 2018.
