Marie possesses over 18 years of experience devising and executing effective recruitment strategies, cultivating impactful partnerships, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, motivating teams and driving continuous process improvements to achieve ambitious objectives. Her experience spans multiple industries such as professional services, banking, telecommunications and law enforcement. Marie has a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
