Wabi Jain is a Counsel at SRD Legal Group, with previous experience as a Senior Counsel at Charlesworth Research and as an Associate at Greenberg Traurig, LLP and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. Their expertise lies in advising on acquisition financing transactions, negotiating various legal documents, and working closely with different practice groups. Additionally, they have experience as a Summer Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and as an Intern at The New York State Banking Department. Jain holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University.
